Just recently, Salman Khan and his Ready gang announced their plans regarding a Live Mad Concert in Mumbai so that Khan's fans get up, close and personal with him.
The agenda is to promote Salman's forthcoming film Ready. And for a film the music of which is already making waves, what better an idea than a live concert? The event to be held on June 2 will have Salman performing live on stage on the hit tracks from the film with Asin and Zareen Khan. Music director Pritam and singer Neeraj Shridhar will also join in and complete the gang.
To see Salman come up with such unique promotional fundas is truly surprising. But what's even more interesting is that he is now the source of inspiration even for the likes of Aamir Khan, who's known for his out of the box promotional ideas.
An industry source reveals that after Sallu came up with the idea of a live show, Aamir Khan's production house too is mulling over taking the same route to promote Delhi Belly. The source revealed that the song DK Bose from Delhi Belly has caught up with the youth and it has rock elements in it. Therefore the promotion team working on Delhi Belly is giving the idea of a rock show a thought.
We hear that if the plans materialize, lead stars Imran Khan, Vir Das and Kunal Roy Kapoor will perform in front of their fans joined by Ram Sampat, the composer and singer of DK Bose.
